ORIGIN STORY: With a background in agronomy and hands-on experience on her family's farm, Francy has developed a unique expertise as a multi-generation producer. Following her graduation, she honed her skills as a Field Assistant at the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation and later at an export lab in Buesaco. Today, Francy not only manages El Uberrimo but also dedicates herself to empowering local producers in the Arboleda region to tap into the specialty coffee market. Her meticulous approach, evident in every step from soil enrichment to precise processing, results in truly exceptional coffee.
THE FLAVOURS: Renowned in specialty coffee circles, Francy's brew boasts a richly sweet and floral profile. Upon sipping, the palate is greeted by a medley of sweet candy and fruity notes, with hints of strawberry and fig jam. The finish is marked by a lingering sweetness, reminiscent of bubble gum and a deep, velvety molasses.
