SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Phoenix Coffee Company Inc. may offer subscription or recurring purchase options for selected products.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and repeat deliveries based on the frequency, duration, product selection, and delivery schedule selected at checkout.

Payment information is processed and stored securely by our payment processors and subscription service providers. Phoenix Coffee Company Inc. does not directly store full payment card information.

Customers may cancel, pause, skip, or modify eligible subscriptions using the subscription management tools made available through the customer account portal, order confirmation emails, or subscription management links, where applicable.

To avoid charges for an upcoming subscription order, cancellations or changes should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, roasted, packed, prepared for shipment, shipped, or delivered, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange, particularly where the order includes whole bean coffee or other perishable food products.

Whole bean coffee is a perishable food product and is final sale, except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Phoenix Coffee Company Inc. reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify, pause, substitute, discontinue, or cancel subscription offerings due to product availability, crop seasonality, coffee rotation changes, supplier changes, pricing adjustments, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a material change affects an active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information associated with the subscription account.
