ORIGIN STORY: 
Alex Keller, who is recognized in the coffee industry as the VP of Anacafe and the operator of his family farm, presents this Mountain Water Processed coffee. The method used for decaffeination follows an indirect technique similar to the Swiss Water Process. It effectively removes caffeine while preserving the origin’s vibrancy and clarity, utilizing a combination of water and a green extract without any chemical additives to ensure the distinctive flavours remain intact. 

THE FLAVOURS:  Decaffeinated coffee often receives negative reviews due to its historical association with poorly cultivated beans and rapid, high-temperature roasting techniques. Nevertheless, starting with well-cultivated coffee and keeping decaffeination in mind during roasting can yield an exceptional cup like this, rich in sweet mango and chocolate notes.
