ORIGIN STORY: The La Indonesia farm has been in the Torres family for over 40 years. He dedicates most of the land to coffee and plantains. Frank started his coffee career by working for Starbucks' specialty coffee program before becoming a green buyer for several importers. Such experience informs his innovative approach to processing and explains why he grows so many unique lots. This is our fifth year working with Frank and we have both Pink Bourbon and Sidra offerings lined up!
FLAVOUR: While I love all of the coffee we bring in (kinda the point of Quietly) Frank is one of my absolute favourites. This lot brings that perfect balance between bright fruit notes and comforting caramels. This year’s crop is full of papaya, pineapple, lime, and pomelo against beautiful molasses and toffee.
