ORIGIN STORY: As we anticipate the new crop from Brazil, we are pleased to present our initial seasonal selection sourced from Antulio Castillo’s El Coyolar farm. With nearly three decades of experience in coffee cultivation, Antulio began his journey as a teenager on his family's farm and has since expanded his operations to include several distinct varietal lots spanning 3.4 hectares. Additionally, he oversees an onsite plant nursery and milling process, employing a wet fermentation period of 12 to 24 hours, followed by a milling and a week-long drying process on expansive patios.
THE FLAVOURS: The name Allie & Lennie pays homage to our Head Roasters grandmothers. Their cozy kitchens always infused with the aroma of rich coffee and homemade treats, are memories that he cherishes. And we believe they would truly enjoy this cup, enriched with delightful flavours of apple turnover, sweet pastry, luscious cherry pie, smooth milk chocolate, and rich hazelnut.
