-BEANOGRAPHY -
ORIGIN STORY: Situated in the picturesque Illimani region, the Rosita farm, owned by Valverde-Aramayo, encompasses both coffee and fruit cultivation, including oranges, tangerines, and limes. The Municipality of Caranavi, alongside programs from Bolivia’s Central Government, has played a significant role in weaving coffee into the cultural tapestry, and identity of Caranavi. This support has led to innovative practices in cultivation and processing, such as the unique four-day, low-oxygen fermentation method used here
THE FLAVOURS: Possibly Maybe celebrates emerging producers, unique flavour profiles, and lesser-known origins, such as Bolivia! The cup presents a harmonious blend of sugary milk chocolate, complemented by notes of sticky cherry, vibrant black currant, rose hip, and hints of spicy clove.
