– BEANOGRAPHY –

ORIGIN STORY: Ernesto Yamamoto began farming at Agrogesp in 1974 with a variety of crops including corn, soy, and coffee. His slow shift towards coffee began in the late Nineties and then shifted again in 2021, when his son, Cassio, introduced him to Yuki of Aequitas. This is our third offering this harvest and sixth year working with the group, which is guided by its principles of “justice, transparency and fairness.”

THE FLAVOURS: Allie & Lennie is named after our Head Roaster’s grandmothers. We will never forget their warm kitchens filled with strong coffee and baked goods. We believe they would both love this unique Paraiso MG2 lot, with its creamy peanut butter richness, baked pear, red apple brightness, and deep brown sugar sweetness.
