This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains, an area often called the “Mountains of the Moon.”
Cherries are carefully dried for several weeks after harvest, producing a fruit-forward profile filled with cherry sweetness and playful candy aromatics.
