Possibly Maybe is the wild card — the coffee that refuses to behave politely in a lineup. This edition comes from Gotiti Station in Gedeb, Gedeo, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, and it is exactly the kind of cup that earns the name: unexpected, expressive, and beautifully hard to pin down.

Gotiti Station works with smallholder farmers and keeps detailed records as coffee moves through processing. The station is part of the Eva network, with attention paid to supplier name, original location, quantity, and traceability. That structure helps preserve both transparency and cup character.

The cup is bright, aromatic, and wonderfully odd in the best way. Minneola orange brings vivid citrus, hibiscus tea gives it floral lift, and lemon square adds a sweet pastry finish. It is clean, lively, and just mischievous enough to be Possibly Maybe.

FULLY WASHED

In a fully washed process, the coffee cherry is depulped so the outer fruit is removed before fermentation and washing. This reduces the influence of extended fruit contact and allows the coffee’s cultivar character, growing conditions, and processing clarity to come forward more directly.

For Possibly Maybe, the washed process keeps the cup bright, articulate, and expressive. It preserves the citrus and floral character while keeping the sweetness clean and precise.

In the cup, this means Minneola orange, hibiscus tea, lemon square, sparkling citrus, lifted florals, and a sweet pastry finish — colourful, precise, and full of personality.
