-BEANOGRAPHY -
ORIGIN STORY: Our first Ethiopian offering, this season, is from Red Fox Coffee Merchants, and originates from the Dale Coffee Washing Station located in the Wensho Woreda (district). The station derives its name from the valley where around 750 farmers cultivate coffee alongside maize, enset, and various other fruits. This washing station employs a distinctive pricing model that rewards growers with premiums for traceability and sustainable practices. The coffee cherries undergo a 72-hour fermentation process before being washed and sun-dried on raised beds.

THE FLAVOURS: Magnolia is a heartfelt tribute to coffee! a love letter! It features those exceptional crops in bloom, roasted to enhance sweetness and vibrancy. The coffee from Dale Station aligns perfectly with Magnolia’s profile, showcasing floral jasmine aromas, with notes of sticky brown sugar complemented by vibrant tangerine and lemon.
