This Papua New Guinea from Siane Co-op is vibrant, dynamic, and genuinely structured, with blackberry, nectarine, and oolong tea at the centre of the cup. Deeper impressions include juicy citrus, cooked fruit, toasted sugar, apple-pie sweetness, candied orange, and spice-cake warmth.

It is fruit-toned. It is sweet. It still has a pulse.

The Swiss Water process removes caffeine without chemical solvents while preserving as much flavour character as possible. The result is a decaf that still tastes like carefully sourced coffee: expressive, clean, and fully worthy of the cup.

PROCESSING METHOD

Swiss Water Processed & Fully Washed

Swiss Water processing is a chemical-solvent-free decaffeination method. Green coffee is hydrated and placed in contact with Green Coffee Extract, allowing caffeine to migrate out while helping preserve many of the compounds responsible for flavour and aroma.

After decaffeination, the coffee is dried and prepared for roasting. For this Siane Co-op lot, the process supports a cup that remains vibrant, fruit-toned, and structured.
