ORIGIN STORY: This is a Mountain Water Processed offering from Alex Keller. He is well-known in coffee, working as VP of Anacafé, as well as running his family farm. The decaffeination process is the same indirect approach as Swiss Water — it maintains the clarity and vibrancy of origin without any added chemicals, by using a green extract and water to migrate caffeine out of the beans and ensure the unique notes stay intact.

THE FLAVOURS: Decaf gets a bad rap because historically it was never well-grown and typically roasted too hot and too fast. However, when you start with well-grown coffee and roast it with decaf in mind, you get a gem like this cup — bright with sweet mango, soft chocolate, and toasted marshmallow sweetness.
