ORIGIN STORYCoffee is cultivated by Bekele Kachara and his spouse, Mrs. Abinet Mekonnen, on their 4.5-hectare farm located close to Murago village. Instead of using an external washing station, they handle processing directly on the farm. They begin with a ‘pre-drying’ stage on raised beds, followed by anaerobic fermentation in sealed stainless steel tanks, before ultimately drying the beans on shaded beds. Their meticulous approach to coffee production is reflected in the farm's reputation for quality, with their 2022 harvest achieving 15th place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence

THE FLAVOURS:  POSSIBLY MAYBE revels in lesser-known origins, emerging producers, or surprising flavour profiles! We have yet to encounter a Sidamo as explosively tropical and pleasantly spicy sweet as this one. With flavours reminiscent of melon and grape, it truly offers a unique and unpredictable tasting experience.
