ORIGIN STORY: Frinsa Estate was founded by Wildan Mustofa, Atieq Mustikaningtyas Wildan and their son Fikri in Bandung, south of Jakarta, on the island of Java. This lot comes from the "Collective' at the estate, which gathers coffee lots from selected neighbouring producers, which are processed and milled at the estate. The Collective focuses on experimental processing and separating out single variety lots.

FLAVOUR: This is a low oxygen process, meaning fresh cherries are sealed for fermentation, resulting in a wildly fruit forward cup. Combined with the unique regional Andungasari, Bor Bor, Katrika and Ateng varietals, the cup is equally vibrant and earthy, mixing heavy caramels with bright and tropical spice. It reminds me of those “fruit beverages”, think Tahiti Treat or Hawaiian Punch.
