ORIGIN STORY: "At this time of year, we are typically welcoming back Moses Venapo’s Riverside mill in Kabiufa but sadly due to some water-related issues, he is not exporting this year. So for this harvest, we partnered with the Kindeng Dry Mill. The station collects cherries from just over 1500 smallholder farms, These farms in Kindeng and Arufa (known locally as ‘gardens’ )’ grow coffee alongside multiple other fruits, vegetables, and grains." - Head Roaster, Lee Knutilla.

FLAVOUR: "We typically bring in Wash Processed Lots from Papua New Guinea but could not pass up all the boozy acidity, and candy sweetness of this Natural Processed Lot. You can expect a nice tropical acidity, think of a perfectly ripe mango. There is a citrus note that presents with a creamy backdrop, and this gives way to a rich caramel finish." - Head Roaster, Lee Knutilla.
