About Phoenix Coffee Company

Independent coffee. Thoughtfully sourced. Proudly community-minded.

Phoenix Coffee Company Inc. is an independent, queer-owned specialty coffee retailer based in Brampton, Ontario. We believe a good cup of coffee can bring people together—and that the people behind each coffee deserve to be recognised.

Our coffees

We offer a changing selection of single-origin whole-bean coffees, with clear information about the people, places and methods behind each offering. Our roasting partner is Quietly Coffee. Phoenix Coffee handles the retail experience, customer service and order preparation. Coffee availability and flavour profiles can change with each seasonal offering.

Our product pages identify each coffee's producer and origin wherever those details are available. We aim to be transparent about our role as the retailer and the work of our roasting and producing partners.

What to expect when you order

We work with scheduled roasting and fulfilment cycles, rather than promising that every coffee is sitting on a shelf ready to ship. For current timing, shipping options and delivery information, please read our Shipping Policy. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Our community commitments

Phoenix Coffee is committed to dignity, accessibility, inclusion and respect. You can read more about our charitable commitments, our advocacy and our DEIA, Human Rights, Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy.
